    NEW! Catholic School Identity Survey
    This new survey, designed to be taken by teachers in web-based and paper formats, identifies the unique elements of Catholic school identity and determines the types of evidence that can assist Catholic schools to engage in meaningful dialogue about their unique identity as a Catholic school. The Catholic School Identity Survey tool was based on the threefold educational mission of the church to teach the faith. The Catholic School Identity Survey is intended as an affirmative instrument to:
    • increase school capacity to address Catholic school identity
    • be faithful to current church documents
    • integrate Catholic school identity into the accreditation structure, thereby deepening the relevance of accreditation to Catholic schools
    • be based on AdvancED and NSSE research
    • be broad enough to cover the spectrum of Catholic school identity elements but relevant to local interpretations.

    Survey of Assessment Practices
    Designed to be taken by teachers within your school or district, the Survey of Assessment Practices will help you evaluate your classroom formative and summative assessment practices. Results from the survey will help create an overall picture of teacher perceptions about current practices and needs for development, which will, in turn, assist you in identifying needed resources and directing needed initiatives for improving student teaching and learning.
    The Survey of Assessment Practices is a web-based survey that leverages both AdvancED's expertise in survey design and administration, as well as Measured Progress' core competency in student assessment.

    Data Readiness Inventory
    Survey your teachers to gather perceptions about their knowledge, skills, and attitudes relating to data and your school's data use. This survey is based on research and best practices in data use for school improvement. Web-based format only.
    Survey of Beliefs
    Survey professional staff and/or your administration to assess agreement on beliefs about students and their performance, school climate and learning environment, and community/school relationships. Items are supported by research on improving student performance. Web-based format only.
    Inventory of School Effectiveness
    Survey school administrators, teachers, support staff, and/or your school improvement team on factors related to student performance. Contains the 34 effective instructional practices and organizational conditions identified in the Technical Guide to School and District Factors Impacting Student Learning (2007), including ensuring desired results, improving teaching and learning, fostering a culture for improvement, and gauging organizational conditions. Available in web-based and paper formats.
    Survey of Implementation
    Survey teachers, support staff and/or school administrators to monitor implementation and to gain a broader perspective of your school's action plan. Collect perceptions about whether interventions are effective, timely, and supported by appropriate resources. Guide your planning process with information about targeted participants, interventions, evaluation, timeframes, actions, schedules, responsibilities, monitoring and resources. Web-based format only.
