Welcome to the AdvancED Northwest Regional office where our mission is to advance excellence in education through the process of school improvement and accreditation. Schools in our region are accredited through the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), an accreditation division of AdvancED that has been accrediting schools since 1917. Our goal is to help schools and school systems throughout the Northwest region by focusing on improving student achievement and organizational effectiveness.
