Welcome Welcome to the Wisconsin North Central Association Web site. We are a part of the AdvancED organization that involves over 27,000 schools in 30 states, the Navajo Nation, and Department of Defense Schools. AdvancED spans 65 countries, with over 15 million students, 18,000 volunteers, and 3 million teachers involved in the accreditation process.
Currently, Wisconsin accredits slightly over 200 public and private schools. Our intent is to provide assistance and support to schools in the school improvement process including workshops, one-on-one support, and on-site school and district visits. Specific standards are established and include quality school indicators for successful schools.
